We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Compliance & Assurance Audit Programme 2023-24.
This programme aims to determine the level of statutory compliance achieved within residential buildings. It provides legal landlords in the public and private sectors and building managers with a set of recommendations to address any shortfalls identified, thereby increasing the lines of assurance and improving their approach to risk mitigation.
This audit is evidence-based and examines areas such as:
amongst other areas of health and safety as well as property compliance.
The Compliance & Assurance Audit Programme 2023-24 has been revised and amended to include the requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022, the Fire Safety Act 2021, and the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022.
